when the door is closed, lean on it to push it in some more, if it pops up it could just need the door pin adjusted, mine needed this. if it doesnt - i have no idea.

If the window closes ok with the internal knob, it could be the window is dropping too much when opening and confusing the door ecu as to its' position (you can replicate this on the driver door when open and letting the window down, when you close the door the window will stay down).

i treid to adjust the door catch as it was not opening properly...the door has dropped so i thought i might get away with moving the catch,i tried to push the door in further but nothing happens so i probably have to adjust it back again.

is there any way to adjust the doors?

thanks again,

kev.

My t350 passenger window does exactly the same. Had new ecu - so not that. Try dry silicone on the door rubbers - talcum powder has the sae effect. If there is too much resistance this confuses the ecu.
