TVRCC Herts and Beds. Meet the Neighbours 2

Hi all,
We have something planned for the 13th May. In addition to our normal meet the week after, we have a run out to the Mid Essex lot in Meet the Neighbours 2.
I hope this will be a little more successful than the last time we tried this, as only Alan Abrehart braved the pouring rain to go to the SG7’s meet.
The Mid-Essex region of the TVRcc meets on the second Sunday of every month at the Forresters Golf Club in Great Totham in Beckingham Road, Gt. Totham, Essex.
The Meet usually starts at around 12 noon and ends when the car park is empty! Sometimes around 5 o/c in the Summer months.
The plan is to meet in the car park opposite Stevenage Borough Football Club, Broadhall Way, Stevenage for about 10.00 and to be on the road for 10.30 travelling via the A10 and A120 to deepest Essex. The run should take about 80 minutes.
Ideally we could do with another meeting point on route, at the moment the plan is to stop at the Rest Area on the A120 just the other side of Stanstead. I reckon we would be there for about 11.15 and would look to set off again 15 –20 minutes later.
The Mid Essex RO, Pauline needs to warn the venue if they expect increased numbers, so with that in mind could you please confirm if you will be going.
Just to stress again, this is in addition to the normal meet the week after where I am hoping to have something else arranged but more on that in due course.
