Just been quoted £525 from Warranty Holdings to extend the cover on the Griff for another year.

Last year I did manage to get slightly more than this out of them so I am tempted.

Anyone else have any other policies and views on these?

I've no actual experience but the AA members parts and labour at somewhere around £70/yr could be worth your looking at. They say they can be this cheap because they'd be attending your car anyway under their roadside cover. I've tested what's covered under their meaning of 'breakdown'. Example, electric window fails in the open position. Car cannot be used because you can't leave it parked on the street. That's covered. Basically if you can no longer use the car fully them the AA agree it's broken. That being their answer, I chose to buy their P&L cover.
