Hi everyone,
After the cancellation of the planned March 4th run(apart from the rain loving few!), it's nearly time to try again. Meeting place is Hopwood services off junction 2 on the M42. Start arriving at 9:00am for a 9:30 departure. For those coming from the Worcester area we can meet you at the Swan pub car park off junction 7 M5 at about 10:00.
The plan for the day is to stop at the reservoir's for photos etc, before heading for the lunch stop at the Vulcan Arms(next to a Texaco station). A carvery meal is £6.95, so if you could indicate if you would like one this will give the pub some idea of how many to expect.
The afternoon run will take us on a different route back. If you would like a map and directions, Gandalf will be happy to send these, just e-mail sdtvr@yahoo.co.uk I will hand these out on the day too. Hope we can get a good turn-out, especially after the cancellation of the Peak District run. So, who's up for it?
