Starting to get a bit miffed. Seems that the word 'service' for TVR drivers is a bit of a joke.
As of late have spent and continuing to spend a considerable amount of money on my TVR, all in the way of 'upgrades'. I seem to be at best ignored, and at worst short changed. Having had either work done, or advice sought. The TVR factory were by far the worst to date, but others aren't that far behind. Only a couple stand head and shoulders above the rest and because of that they're the only ones I can name, 'OPTION ONE' top marks! 'ACT' come in close second. If only the rest were as good.
There should be a forum where people can give marks on quality of service to named providers. I have travelled some distance in the past to 'respected' service suppliers and have been well dissappointed. Even to the point where I've had to rectify work carried out myself.
The latest? Looking to spend in the region of £7k with two different suppliers. Don't even get my calls or e-mails returned! Am I on another phuckin' planet or what!!!

No your not alone, I e mailed a company a while ago about cost for a certain job which would probably come to between 7 and 8k and have never had a reply. My answer to this is if they cant give a service on estimating what are they going to be like if they had the job !.

The problem I think is most small car related companies have bosses that are good at being on the spanners but useless with administration, They should do one or the other, either do the spanner work and employ a good office worker or employ a spanner man and do the office themselves. They seem to want to do both and usually badly.

Act GOOD
Top Cats GOOD
Racetech GOOD
Sebring GOOD

Its a pity a cant say who the hopeless ones are
