Thanks all
My diff hasn't gone, will be fine for years. I'm just fussy in my strive for perfection!

Thanks for the link Pies but that diff could be worse than what I already have!
Only want to make mine perfect.
Cheers

Edited to add: Have followed up on all advice here thanks!

What!!!! one of those links is £1200 for a refurbed diff!

Might be cheaper to get a BTR housing and Quaife internals.
So then, where can I get a BTR housing?!

Your lanky mate with the Lotus is joining us, come on son - we havent seen you in ages.

It'll be just like Thruxton but without the tents (& the washing up)biggrin

OK, found a better result.
"Gearboxman" have estimated a full refurb with all new bearings at £400 ish.

Thought I should add that for anyone searching for this.

I had mine done there last year, price quoted was spot on what I paid, good job and very helpful too.

Hi Antony, no they didn't paint it - probably would if you asked them to though!
