Which Battery Isolator? Priority Start, Battery Brains other
Discussion
Has any one used one of this smart battery isolators? I need an isolator for the Tuscan that will automatically disconnect the battery when it falls below a certain charge.
Priority start looks like a good product as it will isolate the battery until a serge of current is applied like a brake light is activated but the problem with cars like the Tuscan which has electronic doors that might not have enough of a serge trigger the priority start to un-isolate the battery again.
The battery brain also isolate the battery when its detects a drain but to un-isolate the battery, you will have to push a button attached to the battery. That's impractical as well as the battery is located behind the front wheel behind a cover.
Has anyone used other similar product as I don't want a key or switch type isolator.
Thanks
