Thanks to everyone on the Tuscan Car Tax Thread, after paying £210 in April and being class as a PC (Petrol Car) with 405 g/km. The DVLA have finally replied that my Car Tax was incorrect and should have been classed as PLG (Private Light Goods)with 0 g/km Co2. So instead of my car showing £300 for next year it appears as £180. The DVLA have stated I paid £180 too much and if I return my Tax disc they will refund the money.So that will mean my car tax will be £30 for this year, What a result!!!! Somehow I don't think I'll get away with their second mistake.

If anyone else is paying too much , write and complain.

So thanks everyone for giving me the details of their cars which I used in my arguement, I owe you all a pint.

Perhaps my fellow members of Blackpool TVRCC will now stop taking the piss.

Ah so that's why he didn't turn up yesterday.....
