This might help people who does not have access to a garage with power and use their car infrequently. I've just purchase a product called "Battery Brain III" from the US via Ebay for £34. It an automatic battery cut off (2 inch cube shaped device) that is wired directly to the battery and it will disconnect your battery when it falls below a certain voltage. You can reset the isolator either manually or via the remote provided. Even if you can't get access to the battery or locked out of the car, it can be reconnected remotely!

For the Tuscan, it will require a modification to the battery cover for it to fit, a modification will also be needed for the Griff and Chim battery box.

I've tested it by leaving the headlights on, after about 15 minutes the lights cut out and the battery was disconnected. Press the remote and the lights comes back on and I could start the car without any problems. You can wire it in a way that allows the alarm and radio etc to have constant powered. It will even act as extra security as you can remotely disconnect the battery on demand.

For people with flat battery problems, this could save you loads of grief.

That's the exact one! Well worth cutting a small hole in the battery cover to save you from all the grief! I wished I found this product 5 years ago when I bought my first TVR. This would have save me from buying 3 new batteries.
