Just in the midst of a bigger brake conversion and the carrier mounts need to be increased to the stub axle.
Ruddy (CaptiV8ed) reckons that a milling shop should do the bore increase job? Is this the case or can I do it in place with not too much of an issue.

Advice welcomed.

Done this already, your only drilling from 8mm to 10mm certainly not neccesary to use a machine shop, its only cast iron and drills really easy just start drilling slowly and centre up the drill bit and make sure the drill is inline with the hole your enlarging(most important),dont forget the 2mm spacers(washers 4 off) between the carrier body and the hub use the standard granny cosworth bolts to secure(still available from Ford dealer)oh yeh good luck, and you use the standard brake hoses no problem, easiest brake conversion i have ever done.Any problems mail me.
