Just been on to elite who have said that the eagle F1 GSD3 is being discontinued and is no longer available. Was going to fit them to the rear of the tuscan but don't want to if there is going to be problems getting matching tyres.

They did offer Dunlop SP9000's but I noticed they don't do them in 235's for the front so won't be able to get a matching set.

Geezer, theyve stopped making the GSD3s and have replaced it with an (apparantly better?) asymmetric tyre

Apparently they will be releasing the 255's in that tyre but not yet.

Had to replace one of my new ones the week before last at Supertyres in Maldon, they had 6 255/35's left then, I don't know how much demand there is for them though.

There are lots of Tuscans running very well on the Toyo Proxies which used to be TVR's prefered tyre for the Tuscan before they switched to the F1's. May be worth looking into.

The Dunlops are a popular choice on the Griff and Chimaera's at present because they are the only (IIRC) company doing the 15" tyre with the correct speed rating, but i've not heard any feedback on them from a driving point of view.

Worth looking at the Toyo as it does appear to be a comparable tyre to the F1.

Well was going to change to 255's at the back as mine's an S but fitted with 245's, seeing as they aren't available from my local place in Goodyear or Toyo I'll probably stick with 245's which I can get at trade price smile

Not sure what you mean? I know the tuscan has a lot more power than the old Griff's but is the extra 10mm really going make a big difference with traction?
