I'd never seen one before today. None of my workmates could ever remember one through the auction before.
Lovely blue paintwork, no major faults - or minor ones that we could see.
I'm told they're about £75k new. This one was two years old and sold for £33k.
I couldn't live with depreciation like that!

Not £75k new though, closer to £50k I think they were, bit more maybe with some options added but not that much.

Nearer to £50-55k new, and that isn't too bad compred to other specialist cars, but don't let the facts get in the way of a little TVR baiting! rolleyes

Looking at the Classified on here (in addition to to the "i'm looking for a Sagaris" advert) there is a dealer with a similar aged, milage Sagaris for the same £33k, so £33k at an auction would suggest prices are not in the hinted free-fall. If you want one, how much will you pay for one now that they are no longer available new, if you don't want one, what does it matter....

Very few second hand for sale, so buyers are very limited in choice.

Good 2nd hand cars are holding decent premiums, since i bought mine 6 months ago ive had 2 people offer to buy it off me if i was wanting to sell (which im not) for more than i paid 6 months ago, one offered me 4k more than i paid too.

Ok 12-18 months from new your looking about 10-16k off list but from there on they seem to be holding fairly firm.

Never tracked mine but was taken out in another Sag at the rockingham track day, what an awesome car they are, it was so well planted an so controllable to - it made me appreciate just what these cars are capable of.

If you ask me that performance per pound makes a Sag a great 2nd hand buy at 35-40k

I spoke to a well known dealer last week who said that they can't get hold of used saggys for love nor money, more owners are now holding on to them they believe because the dust is now settling with the factory closure amid rumours that TVR will be manufacturing soon.
