Just been to a "reputable" ex dealer near London to buy a 99 on an S, pristine Griff 500. Lovely dark green and full leather and the best on the market - apparently.
Bl**dy thing had a new nose cone, stalled when cold, oil pressure gauge didn't move, the hood had a hole in the rear screen, the targa panel had helmet scratches on it and the salesman lied stating the Griff is built in modules front to back hence the join lines over the front arches. We travelled 100 miles on his phone description the git........................
