Hi all,i've posted this on here as i'd rather have answers from a TVR owner or enthusiasts perspective.
I was fortunate enough to be given a great present for my recent birthday,of a choice of driving 'experiences'.I've done one of these a while ago, which was a single seater experience,in a formula Ford, and really enjoyed it.The question is,what do i choose from the folowing selection,as i'm really stumped!confused

1)Single seater again
2)Introductory rally driving, being shown the basics with an instructor
3)1000+bhp of performance cars. This is driving a Fezza 355,Impreza WRX,Porsche996,and a Lotus Elise on an airstrip.
4)Lambo Thrill.6 Laps of Rockinham driving a Gallardo e gear
5)Lotus Exige experience.Driving an exige at silverstone
6)Lambo experience.Driving a Diabolo around goodwood for 3 laps, and then being driven on a high speed ride(not in the diabolo)

Which would you choose and why?If you've done any of these before, then comments would be appreciatedsmile

I'd choose the rally drive as seems like the others are over a bit quick or not too special.

Personally I would go for the rally driving - something I have always wanted to try. I would think a totally different driving experience to anything else that is "everyday"
I did some single seat driving in a Formula whateveritwasthingy and just did not get on with it - then again even though I'm a dedicated petolhead F1 and such things do nothing for me at all!

None of the above, spend the money on a Topcats or similar race day experience. You will get far more seat time and be encouraged to use the full performance (with dual controls and co-driver coaching you and ready to bail you out if necessary) rather than taking a 'supercar' around with an artificially low rev limit and thrown out if you squeal the tyres.

I did the Ferrari 360 experience at Thruxton and whilst yeah, it's cool to drive the 360, 3 laps is over pretty quick for what it costs.

I agree with this lot as well.

Done a couple of rally experiences, rally days, single seater and a Ferrari drive.

Out of them, the rallies are so much more fun and so much to learn about car control (different skills than a drive-drive day)

Enjoy the experience and don't get too hooked!
