Hello everyone, Ive been lurking on the forum now for a couple of months and thourght it was about time to introduce myself. My names Jon and I live in the Leicester area. I dont own a TVR yet but am looking to buy a Chim this winter. Been looking on the chim forum and the help provided to other pistonheaders has been great in learning what to expect from the car. So thanks to everyone.

I'm in the same position as you Jon.

Just been to my first TVRCC track day at Castle Combe. It was absolutely fantastic. Great organisation, great spectacle, great people, great time (great weather helped too)! Awesome amount of hardware on show and being put to good use on the track.

If you ever have any doubts about buying a Tiv (bad press, yada, yada) get along to a track day and you will come away desperate and with a sense of urgency you've never felt before!

*sigh* Paint me the same too ... found PetrolHeads.Com Thursday night last week and have been actively hunting for a Tiv now for a few weeks - wifey has been given some "advance inheritence" and I'm trying to point her towards the light. ;-)
