TRACK DAY JOKE with Christopher Neil's

Several weeks ago I received an invitation from Christopher Neils inviting me to attend their Track Day on Wednesday 24th (yesterday).
Very nice I thought ....BIG MISTAKE !!!
I took half a day off work travelled from Conwy (North Wales) up to Oulton Park in Cheshire (some 45miles away). Turned up at 3pm as discussed, then had to wait a hour for the T350.... fair enough busy day, and lots of other cars to watch anyway. The T350 finishes its session, pulled into the pits ready for me ... at it pulls in smoke starts pouring out of the engine, apparently the air con hose was split, water everywhere.
I thought that couldn't be helped I suppose, but then Chris Neils did only bring one TVR with them!!?±!
Finally, having come to terms with my initial disappointment decided to try the Noble instead, was given the nod and went for one of their helmets, but they only had two sizes, small and not so small (medium).
Now, I am the same size as Peter Wheeler ........ What sort of company would decide to only bring two sizes of helmet s and what was even more annoying was they didn't even attempt to try and help me out by finding one.
Great Customer Service ... Will be getting Tuscan from Gorners me thinks !!!!! Their Open Day sounds as though it will be organised!!
THANKS CHRISTOPHER NEIL FOR WASTING MY ENTIRE DAY AND A TANK OF FUEL !!!!
P.S. I would like to point out that the service team at Chris Neils are excellent... Its the sales team who stink!!

It was a general Track Day, so it was open to anyone, so there were Porsches, Ferrari's Caterams etc. Chris Neils had hired some track time for its customers, so it didn't cost me anything, apart from my time and fuel to get there.
I think the other private owners paid £185 for a whole day (6 sessions).
