A few variables here Phill, it depends what tyres you are running and how hard core you want to go, for instance 6/7 degrees of neg camber is not uncommon on cars fitted with slicks for racing and around 6/7mm of rear toe for traction. If you are having it done by a specialist, why not go to somebody who understands these cars? Drop me a PM for somebody local if you like.

Whoops, just noticed you are in Staffs, give me a call

You will probably need different top arms on the front, so you can get neg camber down to about 2 deg. I had to have arms made for mine to do it. I use mine for tarmac rallying. I think you will cope with standard springs. 800 front 400 rear should be ok if the track is with one person, two people probably 500. Still reasonably comfortable even with it on race springs. If youre using it a lot on the road you may want to raise it. i run 5.75 inch front 6.25 inch rear. I used the rear shocks on the front and had new ones made up for the rear. Hope this helps.

I just backed mine off to around 4-4.5 deg camber so the road tyres don't get worn out on the inside too quickly. Apart from that, 8's and 4's are fine...then its just a question of fine tuning angles/dampers etc to ones preferences....oh and of course learning the car...yikes
