Thunder in the Tunnels - the real next steps :)

[E1DJH]

Hi all,
We have a surprisingly long list of attendees for the run on the other thread, and we are now just over a week away from the big day. Fingers crossed that the weather is better than last year.

We are currently in the process of checking the final written directions, and we also have a map of the routes.

I do not wish to publish the details on an open forum, so ask that each of you PM me through my PH profile with Thunder in the subject line. As i receive your e mail address, i will confirm back to each of you that i have it. I will then compile a list based on whether you want the map, or not, and i'll send out a couple of mass mailings early next week with all of the details. The sooner you send me this, the easier the administration will be Your e mail addresses will not be published.

The map is 5mb, so I will only send that if you specifically request it in your mail. If anyone has the facility to host the map, i would be most grateful if you could let me know and i could include the link in the general directions.

In order to help the Ace Café with their logistics, could you also please confirm in your e mail how many breakfasts you are likely to want ( They are not taking advance orders, so don't need to know specifically what you want to eat ).

Many thanks, see you on the 25th
David

[Angelis]

Just to remind everyone that, weather dependent, I'll be coming along to do some filming.

I'll be in a Silver Honda Accord, with a video camera stuck on the boot or on the windscreen.

If you see me driving behind/front of you don't do anything illegal as it may get filmed.

Excellent, you found me last year with your camera along Picadilly in the congestion (?) soon after a Black Cab driver shouted to me 'Ken is going to love you lot!' Made my day.

[Angelis]

Change of plan.

I'll be in a black ferrari 348 and not a Honda Accord. Tunnel run was too tempting!!!!

Camera will either be on the roof or in my windscreen.
