Cost ball park for a paint touch up on a Chim?

I'm at work and a director's Range Rover has just kissed the back of my Chim with its ball hitch. After a good look round the only damage seems to be some paint off the rear bumper. About 1/4 of a square inch has come off.

Can this be touched up? Any idea of the typical cost?
