4 Pot Caliper Upgrade + Clutch Replacement

I want to replace the 240mm front brakes on my 95 4.0ltr Chimera, I have looked through the threads for all combinations but essentially what is the best value for money 4 pot set up that will fit insde the 15" standard wheels?

Are the 285mm diameters all ok?

Secondly I am going to replace the clutch, can anyone suggest a good quality item (pressure plate, friction plate, release bearing, fork and rear crank oil seal) and supplier.

I have seen a 3 part kit at EBC for just over £100 for the lot and on the flip side 4 items totalling £300 from Clever Trevor? Are these the same quality?

I want a quality item that does not need replacing in 10k miles or so any suggestions welcome.
