Tried to buy a Griff from James once, his examples always seem to be excellent and from what i gather from people who've bought from him, his standards are very high, as in, he only sells what he'd have himself.

Good luck, best time to buy too, there's alot of value out there if you're prepared to put the leg work in.

I know of a very nice Chim 450 for sale that would be inside your budget, drop me a line if you want more info.

I bought mine from phil phenedos and found him very straight. The car has been spot on and he was a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in giving him the thumbs up if he has anything suitable for you.

But whatever car you buy from a dealer/trader, you know he got it for less. I wouldn't get excited about the 'warranty' either. I buy and sell all my cars privately.
