Morning all. Just wondered if there were any Hong Kong based guys out there that fancy a meet up at some point? I've just relocated from the UK and had to leave my cars behind frown

Would be great to meet up with some similarly minded types so I can hear the thrum of decent exhausts and the rumble of a well fettled engine again before I go nuts!

Much appreciated

Try getting relocated to Mainland China, you'd be OK in the Beijing smog biggrin

Contact the Porsche owners club. They meet on the first Sunday of every month and all car types are welcome, plus they do weekend trips to the track at Zhuhai. There are many exotics in HK which can be seen at these early morning meets, usually starting at Clearwater Bay. If you looking for 'crazy stuff', try the New Territories gang, the Super Car Club, they're driving Rufs, Gemballa's, Skylines, Lambo's and Ferrari's at a very fast pace.

One of the best roads in HK is Route Twisk, get someone to give you an early morning trip, fantastic.

Only ever saw one TVR (Chim) in Hong Kong. The owner lived in or near Sai Kung.

Sounds good to me, thanks for the advice. Saw a few guys down near Kowloon station on Sunday in some pretty crazy cars - including 4 GT2s following each other! Lots of exotica out here as you say, just most of it looks as though it's owned as a symbol rather than driven. Nice to hear that some people use what they've got for what it was designed!

I'll let you know if I get my trip on the road you mention biggrin

cheers again

You may be surprised to learn that there is an active TVR club in Hong Kong consisting of 8 Chimaeras. PM me.
