Anyone out there know of any good companies to supply and fit a new hood to my Chimaera? I live in Bromley in Kent and was wondering if there are any "local" firms that have a good reputation for fittings for TVR's. The targa section is in good nick so no need for new part just a lovely new "soft" bit please! Thanks for any suggestions. thumbup

You could try the Car Hood Warehouse 0208 3915 326 Use to be at Croydon Rd SE20.

The only problem with replacing one part is that the older part may be more faded than you think.

Anyway have a look on The Griffith Pages

Interesting piece on the supply and fitting of a roof from Dave Hammerton.

Not Marlow but Bourne End which is about 3 miles from junction 3 on the M40.

Thanks for all your suggestions. In fact, Octopaulie, I spoke to Levens yesterday and they recommended Hoods Galore so I called them and will be making a booking today for a complete new hood. Can't wait!

they are working from surface & design whom could give you an estimate for your paintwork if any required.
