Just renewed my modified Griff 500 with them on a limited 3,000 miles policy for £390 which was a substantial saving on the quote given by my current insurer, Pearts. Very nice bloke on the phone knew exactly what he was talking about - TVR Power Cam, Carbon Plenum, Jag AFM, AP 4xPots, Raceline RL7s, Nitrons - "no problem sir!" smile Even said they would add the Aston to the policy in 6 months time for a half year to align the renewal dates. Why can't all brokers be as professional easy to do business with? scratchchin

I rang them this morning too. Unfortunately, as I explained in the other 'insurance' thread, Peter Best Ins came in slightly higher priced for me, but with better more suitable cover to my requirements.

The bloke on the phone at Hagerty's turned out to be a Griff 4.3 owner. And he'd gone to work in it today.

I recently had dealings with Hagerty, and what a pleasure to deal with a company who know there cars as well as giving a polite and friendly service with an exceptionally good quote.

With no NCB needed as long as I had another vehicle for everyday use they covered my 1998 Chimaera for Comp with agreed value of £8k and limited mileage, as well as my XKR 4.2 convertible 3k miles and agreed value of £22k for a Total premium £499.00.

When I sold the Jaguar after a few months the refund due was paid very quickly with no delay.

It has so far been a pleasure dealing with these people and I would have no problem with recommending them.
