I don't like it but it doesn't make me angry. If it was my car and somebody did that to it, I would be.

It's not though, and if the owner likes it, his is the only opinion that matters (until he comes to sell it!)

Oh that poor car.

It looks like someone with no design talent was tasked with creating a Sagaris, but the only information they had was someone describing it over the phone.

And that someone was Stevie Wonder.

Brings back the debate "To what extent can you modify before a TVR is no longer a TVR?"

At least the Charisma Cerberra had a design to it which hng together, whether you liked it or not.

But that has no design, no style, and doesn't say anything other really poor style and taste.

I agree, it looks like a freak of nature . . . . It is absolutely rank.

What's great about that car is it stands to show something that is very hard to put into words when describing the greatness of TVR's. It shows that those of us who love TVR's recognise what an abortion that poor TVR has become. That there is solidarity of thought and taste amongst us in this thread is proof that something special exists within the TVR ethos that keeps us all together. That my TVR friends is the magic that is probably impossible to find or replicate ever again. It's also the reason TVR could rise again. Keep the faith!

Now this is getting me worried! I've recently bought a Wedge and the Plenum is fouling on the bonnet so something needs to be moved. Anticipating some reaction from TVRdom I lobbied the other guys on here to get their opinion as to whether a bonnet scoop/bulge would be met with horror from the purists. The general feedback was surprisingly favourable!
So......... I'm sitting here tonight, after having made a big hole in the bonnet of my new P&J, and I come across this thread.
Thanks guys!!! How am I going to sleep tonight???

confused

PS. I do think that this idiot has gone WELL over the top though!

Oi........smile wink

I take exception to that......

We have 3 Nissans and they are all stonkin' little vehicles.....

Note...great wrinkly carrier..get in and out sooo easily, goes for miles on a whiff of petrol and a 10 year old could drive it

Micra Essenza convertible which I absolutely LOVE (and no...it's not pink!! smile tongue out)

and a Nissan D21 pile of poop van which has been which us forever and does all the ste work and only failed it's MOT last year on a headlight bulb.

Okay.....indignant rant over.....biggrin

And the TVR in the pic.........Oh Dear....... frown...but someone out there loves it.....and I suppose that's what counts.

It's like the mutant son of a 350Z, an FTO and a Halfords store.

To be honest, there are far worse modified cars going round, but it does seem a huge shame to do that to a TVR.
