My neighbour recently bought himself a nice, clean Porsche 928GT for tootling about in. Fair enough.

So he shows me over his car, bigging it up as to how up together it was. All freindly banter like.

He wants to show me the engine, and pulls the bonnet release...for it to snap off in his hand.

I know I shouldnt have, but the sniggers turned to belly laughs.

He didnt look too pleased hehe

Actually, upon returing the borrowed Polyfilla tonight, he did ask to see mine. I think if the weather is dry tomorrow I may suggest a gentle drive out tomorrow evilhehe

I was actually wearing that when the bonnet release broke off in his hand, as Mrs Fubes had informed me he was coming back and I couldnt help myself but rush upstairs and put it on hehe

I had a 928 GTS, which was a fantastic car on the Autobahn and my favourite Porsche. Cost only slightly less in servicing costs than the Cerb.
