Ordered a clutch from them two weeks ago and have seen or heard nothing. Tried ringing but it rang off the hook first thing this morning and then was engaged for the rest of the day up until 5pm!

They're still there aren't they? confused

Just wondering if anyone knew something I didn't!

Oh I shouldn't worry, that's about normal for Norfolk/Lincs for them in my experience. Apart from working in a telephonic limbo they are, in all other respects, brilliant at what they do. Sometimes they are prompt but often they are struggling against the clock when things don't go to plan and they don't like to rush things. Example - whilst they were doing some work on my car the handbrake pin broke - bugger of a job. Job over ran because of it but they renewed the broken part... free of charge.
Good luck - try again on Monday but I'm sure they will come up with the goods.

Panic over! I got through saturday morning and I had a call back at 6:15pm! On a saturday! They rang again to keep me in the loop and have offered to send out another clutch to replace the missing one.

Top blokes!
