Some of you may have seen the new posting rules for P'heads.
I was alerted, through another post that the following is now included:
You grant to PistonHeads a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, worldwide licence to use any material that you post on this website for any purpose and in any media (including, without limitation, any media developed in the future) as it sees fit including a right to edit or otherwise adapt material posted for such purposes as required by PistonHeads. You agree to waive and not to assert any moral rights in such material posted.
I for one, will be very careful about what i post from now on.
Sorry guys, but this is quite important.
Haymarket, have rights to everything you post and can let anyone they want to give permission to, use it!
As 'authors' you, the posters should hold the sole rights to the information that you post.

What a crying shame.
I for one will not be posting anything of substance in future. I do not agreee to rights wiavers as a matter of principle and to my mind this would constitue an unfair contract. As far as I am concerned Haymarket can stick it right up their tail pipes.

Actually, thats an interesting point... Haymarket, I do not wish you to own any of my input on this site, except drunken ramblings, insults to others, anything liable and err yeah you get the idea.
This thing works two ways - I hope they realise this and reverse the current situation.
Dare I say it, if not - I hope Cerbera owners (atleast) will find home elsewhere - as the information we know/share is invaluable and should be available free, with credit to its original authors for the benefit of future and current enthusiasts.

Boy just shows you should read the small print, I just clicked on it to get a post out earlier tonight, I assumed it was a new anti spam bumf, how wrong was I, a little underhand me thinks.
I assert that all material previously posted on this site by myself and or my associates and agents, pre this default clause time and date, is not subject to this rule and that any material used by Haymarket and or its associates and agents the author, hence forth known as HarryW, is to be acknowledge on all occasions.
Permission is granted for single use of any material submitted post this time and date however should said material be reproduced more than once then said agreement is null and void and explicit and written permission should be sought from HarryW.
Allowing this post to appear on pistonheads.com shall be taken as agreement to the above terms.

BTW was 'material' a fully defined term in the clicky agreement
