At TMS we are and always have been totally committed to TVR through the good times and the bad. There have recently been some fairly significant staff changes within our dealership aimed specifically at strengthening our team.

This process has inevitibly taken some time as it has been vital to find and recruit people who really apprecaite what makes the TVR marque so special. Unfortunately during this period of change we have at times failed to live up to our previous high standards.

The new team at TMS headed up by General Manager Steve Wainer is now almost complete and we are confident of rapidly regaining our reputation for excellent customer service.

Steve and his team together with myself with be at Mania this weekend at Bruntingthorpe and welcome anyone to visit us for a chat.

Steve is also arranging a dealership open day on September 14th to which everyone is welcome. Please come along to both events, meet our new team and tell us how we can serve you better.

We value your comments and they will be acted on.

Peter O'Connor
Managing Director
TMS Performance Vehicles

Yeah, and if anyone remembers someone from Mclaren cars was lingering on PH too! It still amazes me the people that read PH.....its good, but cant help thinking that someone from the factory must be on here also (Gaffer excluded of course) - someone from their PR department?

To be honest they'd be daft not to be on here, trawling for feedback.

Since when did TVR bother about feedback? It would be nice but I'm sure PW is too busy with next year's design. A 2-seater sportscar perhaps?

Credit to them for admitting there are problems. We would all moan a lot more if they just buried their heads in the sand and let their reputation continue to slide...

Let's hope things return to their previous high standards...

Sent e.mail to TMS asking for prices for service and rad changeout. I am a new , propectively lucrative customer - just got a reply 12 days later ! Even the Post Office could beat that. TMS really are on the ball aren't they

Old school I am afraid - in person or on the phone - like most dealers.... shame as these are two things that my job doesnt necessarily facilitate....

I have always had good experience from TMS, both e-mail and on the phone. In all cases the customer service was great and the dispatch of the goods quick.
