nice one Dave and Lisa, thanks for letting us know Terry, I'll drop them a line.
but they must know the only answer now is the family TVR, Cerbera smile

I'm sure puffsorted had some pics with a babyseat in his griff, I'll have a look.

you got yourself another one yet Terry?

I take our four and a half year old to his nursery in my Chim on a Thursday morning. We have a Britax seat that uses the adult seat belt to bold both the seat and its contents in place.

When he was younger we had a Jane seat which was held in place using the seat belt and had a five point harness for the contents.

It's worth a trip to a large Halfords with your Griff.

smile Oh I remember that day well - the amount of double takes we got from people in other cars on the A12.

The seats a Maxi-Cosi Priorifix by the way (obviously using the belt rather than the ISOFIX clamps)

Many many congrats Dave and Lisa

I thought a rear-facing seat (in the front) was recommended for young babies. scratchchin

The rear facing maxi-cosi seat thingy also fits in a Griff, and the pushchair frame fits in the footwell as long as the wheels are removed. It's only useful for the first few months - I don't remember the weights etc, so it's good to see a forward facing seat in there too.

Did said kid have ear defenders? That's my big worry about the Griff - I don't want to cause deafness to mine when it arrives.

Group 0 is rear facing for babies, that would be some squash in the Griff I reckon. The Maxi-Cosi Proirifix is a Group 1, forward facing , for toddlers basically. In the picture she was just over 18months and fitted perfectly. Though she is still in the seat (fine in a Laguna) I think she would be a much tighter fit in the Griff now so will have to wait until she is big enough for a booster seat smile

Deafness? In a sound off between Larissa and the Griff, my money is on her to generate the greater decibels biggrin

To be honest I don't like taking her out in the Griff - just cause of the lack of impact protection etc - normally she is coccooned in a NCAP5, ISOFIX, 10 airbags, ABS, ESP, brake assisted Laguna smile

dnb is refering to the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix which is a rear facing seat.
Great to know a forward facing seat will be possible as we were told it was quite unlikely to ever fit.

If only we could solve the noise problem now then I could have MY griffith back from dnb :-)
