North Wales TVR Tours Dates 2008 and New Year Party?

I am just thinking about which dates would be most popular for 2008.
We could maybe do a June, August, October and December. I know many of us are consider the Irish Hoon in late September.
As Driving Adventures might not be running a Christmas party this year, I am considering running a combined party of ex TVR Power hooners and the North Wales crew at Bodidris Hall in mid December. They have 9 rooms but I could get some more at their sister hotel - maybe 15 rooms in total.
Instead of the Xmas week tour, I am investigating the idea of a New Years Eve Tour and New Year's eve Party as well.
Your thoughts please?

I think a hoon every couple of months is about right. Gives everyone who wants to join in a chance to do at least a couple throughout the year. The months you mention would be ideal. The dates would be a bit harder to pin down. How about the weekend of May 31st/June 1st for the next one, and Aug 16th/17th for the one after. They both avoid a Bank holiday and any major shows. As you said the end of Sept is the Irish trip
So best not to plan one close to that. The end of Oct would be fine, and then the final one in Dec.
A Christmas get-together at Bodidris sounds great
Can you order some snow on the Saturday night again? As long as its all gone by Sunday 
This could be quite popular so maybe one of their other hotels would be more suitable if it has more rooms. Anyway, thats a long way off, we haven't had any summer yet

As Paul said about the Hotel, if there's a lot of interest and not enough room in Bodidris then I'm more than willing to give you a hand to sort alternative accomodation as I know the Mold, Ruthin, Llangollen etc areas well. Just let me know. (certainly know of one place we'd get discount)
