Hi guys

Did a search on these devices and they seem popular amongst you TVR boys. Just wondering what everyone thought of them now you've had them for a while? Still think they are as a good as when you first bought them?

I'm looking to get some to overcome some slippy leather seats. They've got decent side bolsters but I tend to slide forward under braking, and over time on a long journey. Not going to be used for track use, just spirited road driving. Thanks

I've just bought one through the first lotus site (or whatever its called now) - cheapest I could find.

It didn't fit easily onto my Tuscan clip - needed to put it on backwards (there is a guide somewhere)

I highly rate it - makes you feel far more "connected" with the car.

The 'seat-belt-pulling-up device" does struggle with the extra weight so you do have to be careful that you don't shut your door on it.

I reckon one of the cheapest mods you can do and well worth it for the £££.

Considering it for my other cars now.

Cheers guys. I've had a good look round and can't really find a bad word said about them, so I'm going to order a couple.

Another vote, well worth doing although it needed fitting back to front on my Griff
still works fine and doesn't dig into me

Had a similar issue with mine, but I cut one end of the loop bar and bent it back enough to tighting the CG clamp and then let it go back to its original position and drilled/pinned the end.

Hi Fellas!
Looking forward to getting your orders! They are that good, they are being used by the stunt guys on the new 007 movie... and were used on the Nick Cage movie National Treasure II - Book of Secrets... so as these guys need inch perfect manoevres, it is well worth being 'glued' to the seat...
REALLY appreciate all your support!
Regards
Graham

LOL, they're certainly giving them a thorough testing:

Got one on the Skoda diesel to try and its good.
I should put it on the Griff but may just get another one. Bit concerned about the putting it on back to front, as I've seen a bracket to overcome the problem which if CG lock did I wouldn't hesitate to buy. Same issue with many other Tiv owners I suspect as I haven't seen many in cars.

I've fitted one to my Griff back to front, as you say, and it works fine.
