Oops I thinked I messed up the list of TVRs owned by members

My PH name chris&chris Tuscan MK1 still links to the wrong person, even after several requests going back a few weeks & email from Ted saying it would be corrected. Not the end of the world I know, but if it could be sorted I would appreciate it.

I think the problem is the "&" in your name

Change it to CHRISnCHRIS and it will be ok.

Ok, thanks Leigh but if "&" isn't an acceptable key stroke why was it allowed when I first registered it in my user name.
Also, if I change my user name wont all my old postings disappear or can I transfer everything to my "new name"

It's valid name as such, but the & sysbol tell the search engine to do special things so when it comes up in the wrong place, it confuses the search link.

I had TVR_Leigh(BBWR) but it would mess up the quotes.

if you change you name it will still leave you old name as chris&chris but you sill keep your post count and it will still list all you posts in your profile thingie.

I've changed mine twice once from TVR_Leigh to TVR_Leigh(BBWR) then to TVRLeigh_BBWR
