Yes, there is a new TVR-site on the web, and it's mine. I admit it is far from complete, but you can get a rough idea where it's heading at http://home.planet.nl/~tvrooom

Not sure about the bit that says:
'Maybe a TVR wil not always live up to the high demands of the modern day consumer, in terms of reliability. That is something any TVR-owner will admit without shame.'
I've had three TVRs and they've been no less reliable than my others: Ford, BMW x 2, Mercedes and Jaguar.

Then all of your TVR's will probably have been S-type series? To be honest, cars like the Griffith are not all that reliable...
But maybe my view is incorrect. If so, I will change my article.

It does seem like you've influenced by your own experiences. That's fine of course until you go public, and in a site that champions TVRs it seemed odd to put in a bit about unreliability. FYI mine have been S3, Griff 4.0 and Griff 500. I appreciate that TVRs need more care to keep them at their best, but that's a litle different from unreliable. 'Pedigree quirks' might be a nicer way to say it, if you feel you have to say anything at all.
The TVRs that do break down are, I would suggest, more likely to be driven by those who don't take the time to learn about the cars and understand that they're not quite Mundeos!

I am always open for suggestions that can help improve my site and give accurate information. I will change the article soon. We wouldn't want people to get the wrong impressions about TVR, won't we?
The start of a very informative site - well done!
Have to agree with the need to delete the negativity of the TVR marque's reliability. Although I am not best placed to criticise or condone how reliable they are as I have only owned second-hand versions. However I have owned two over 7 years (albeit too few miles!) and have had no reliability problems at all. I just don't see the need to publicise a (mis)conception of what is nowadays not a fact. IMHO of course.

Hi TVRooom and thanks for listening: I'm sure it will be a great site. One other point: if you'd like me to straighten out some of the English (eg apostrophes) mail me the text and I'll get to work on it for you. Don't worry, most English people can't get them right either!
