Does anyone have a problem cleaning their stainless pipes? What i mean is my wife came across me polishing them one day and said "ooer i can tell youve done that before" another time a couple of school girls sniggered whilst passing by and im sure the late 40ish woman across the road peers at me strangely from behind her net curtains.Am I just paranoid now ,Ive taken to doing it in the garage , cleaning the tailpipes that is boxedin

I've always got funny looks from the neighbours for the amount of time I spend cleaning and polishing the car, regardless of which part it may be hehe

Never found the need to polish my tail pipes - as its a stainless standard exhaust there shouldn't be a need !!

They get exhaust film around the end. I use Solvol Autosol to shift it.
