I have been told that moonraker black is a BMW colour - can anyone confirm and tell me what BMW would have called it (don't think they called it moonraker).

Thanks
Alan.

Try the Griff forum as there are a fair few moonraker cars.

Dunno 'bout BMW; is that important? I can give you the paint code but you'll have that yourself. I may still have the old pot that the water based stuff came in; that was a perfect match to the solvent base when I had the front end done.

Tis a TVR code I think...speaks as one who knows FA ..though I have had some paint work done on my car
it's that Moon Black colour BTW.

You can email Gerbil on PH ... ex factory paint foreman and colour mixing God .... he's here in the real world

http://www.surfaceanddesign.com/ I think he's called Kevin IIRC
