Paint touch up

Can anyone recommend someone in the Aylesbury area who can do a nice repaint/touch up job on wing mirrors on a 92 Griff, they have got nasty chips (not deep) on them probably due to trackdays.
Also the car has the origibal OZ split rims which are a bugger to clean (toothbrush job), and are now in need of refurb, any recomendations on this also?

cheers for the info, in fact Topcats look after my Griff so I will have a chat with Warren about paint jobs, and thanks for the tip about wheels, although they seem to mention only paint as the method of finishing.
