Missing Surrey Write-up

Opened up this month's splendid-looking copy of Sprint only to discover that the Surrey write-up is missing. Have no fear readers, I will post it on the Surrey website with some photos of last months exploits.

Tell me about it. I searched from cover to cover thinking it was me. What surprised me was that I had phoned Tony to make sure he had received it and it still didn't appear. There must be gremlins in the works.

I searched high and low and thought the RO must
be on holiday (again).. still did find a picture
of my car next to the Dorset write-up...!

So - I'm happy.

Anyone off to the speed trials this Saturday ?

This is getting wierd. I've just checked my e-mail account and have just found an e-mail from Tony dated September 8th saying that he had received my August write-up. Am I going mad?. That question does not require a response.

Hey - I'm the first to moan .. but I think we
should give Tony a break.. he's over worked,
under paid - and to produce something like sprint
almost alone - is quite some achievement !

Alan, I totally agree. Tony does a great job and deserves more credit. This thread was purely for info (I never have been one for whinging). I've already sent this month's write-up in with a note saying not to worry about last month's as it can go on the Surrey website and that September Sprint looked fantastic, especially the photo of Mon-keh.
Problem solved.

Karen - I know you are not one of the complaint
merchants... you would rather be driving / writing
about them than complaining about them !

I've noticed a few other places knocking pistonheads
- saying the people on it are very negative
(mentions Evo and in Sprint) !
