Bring it up on the TVRCC forums then. You know you'll only get grief for bringing it over here. YP etc. will be along in a moment and the same old argument starts again.
Thats thw whole point! I tried! but they all just got hidden!!!I said I'm not the type to divulge on here and tell tales
but who knows what may happen now! All I wanted to do is have my opinion heard, its nothing that major either! Its all rolling on to another story now!Griftwood said:

I was referring to your (shared) concerns about the stifling of debate on the forums, not whatever your original post was about.I said I'm not the type to divulge on here and tell tales

It seems if you have an opinion on the "club" forum which questions the committee they just hide everything you say
Trying to pull the wool over everyones eyes it seems! oh well! It was hardly controversial too!
Woody - you are always controversial ..

Next you will be putting one on the Griff

The committee don't like the boat being rocked

There is no doubt that some members of the committee are uber sensitive to the slightest criticism but the biggest problem with the modding on the car club site is the choice of mods. Most of the mods (there are 13 - far too many for what is a very quiet site) are conspicuous by the fact that we never see them but we have one individual who since becoming a mod has sought to make the site his own, to its detriment. Posts have been removed and hidden for no reason and threads have been moved into different forums without reason etc.. I know that the committee have discussed the modding, presumably because they realise it is a problem. My advice when I was asked was to look at our own much loved Big Al, a great mod who moderates with humour and a light hand but whose authority is totally respected by members. Exactly as it should be and a total contrast to modding of the self appointed forum Tsar of the TVRCC.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Paul, your post humbles me, I don't always get it right but I do try. In the main YOU guy's and girls mod your own forums and it makes my life and my other fellow mods lives very easy. The TVR forums are only as good as the members wish them to be luckily you keep a fairly tight ship.Long live TVR and the devotees of the marque.
