TVR Parts Suppliers : Too rich to need the money?
Discussion
<rant>
I've been looking to buy a new sports exhaust to spice up my T350T. So far this week I have contacted a couple of the well known manufacturers/suppliers. Not a single returned call, even when promised.
Is business so damn good at the moment that they don't really need to sell anything? If this is how they deal with someone wanting to give them money, what will it be like if there is a problem?
Who actually has good customer service, these days?

Get used to it, it seems. I still havn't had an answer on the door seals from a few of the well know suppliers or an answer to my clutch question to the persons who services my car.
Hey ho, if I ran my business that way I wouldn't have the money to buy the bits I want - maybe thats the answer they are trying to help me spend and work less;)

Have you tried Peninsula TVR? They always give me superb customer service.They always seem to be able to source the most difficult parts,and have always kept me well informed of progress.I've been looking to buy a new sports exhaust to spice up my T350T. My advice would be to call Tim at ACT - he has always answered the phone to me.
