Austec Racing say thanks
Discussion
Hi everyone
Mike and Paul would like to thank everyone who made time on Sunday to come to our open day. A special thanks to Nick for bringing the convoy and also Colin alias Pies for the photos he took and has already posted on here. We hope you all enjoyed the day as much as we did. Again thank you.
Mike and Paul

The real thanks go to you people for a great day, opening your doors on a Sunday spending your time running around filling our belly,s and testing our cars!
Mrs Crayden and I lovely day out and met some really great people (even though the Griff must of been feeling a bit weak with 226bhp on the Dyno)some work for Austec methinks)
Hi to all I have been lurking for a while and found the forums a fantastic source of info and entertainment
About the car
It lives in the Brighton area and is a 93 Starmist green Griffith 500 with full magnolia/green hide,A/C, 16500 miles and a owner with a very large perma-smile
I must apologise to all for not introducing myself earlier and have no idea how to post a picture

does anyone know what austec are like with AJP engines. I need a cerbera 24K service soon
A little further south but just down the A3 near Liphook is Andy at APM give him a ring on 07740723673, he's one of the few independants in this part of the world who's AJP trained AFAIK, say Harry referred you I might get a discount on my next service
. Seriously though, he treats all cars as if they're his own, ask around the cerb owners bit for recommends, me I send him my V8S not AJP beastie
. Harry
Hi Paul & Mike Thanks again for being so wonderful sorting out all the problems with the Chim in such a professional, efficient and caring way...it's very reassuring to have discovered Austec
Just one niggle Paul...you really did miss a bit (front nearside wing) I'm afraid!!
Practice makes perfect...any chance of me popping in so you can have another go with your sponge...sorry didn't quite hear that, louder please...ah that was definitely a
then!! Can't blame a girl for trying
Well done guys
and see you soon

Dave,
That should show the beast in all its glory! Oh the cars not bad either

If you press quote on my response you will see the way to format the pic without the 'url' reference and the double entry of the picture reference. Keep practising

216bhp thats only 10bhp short of my 500 what did it put out prior to that?
I take it your gearbox link was sorted
My car will look like this on the 8th booked in with Austec so I can have some real bhp put back in it
We can see who is boss after that
