Hi all.

I'd like to say a big thankyou and thumbup to Vicky who's been with me for nearly 5 years now at TCS. Over this time she's been a fantastic asset to the business, a cheery voice on the end of the 'phone for customers and kept the office work up to date and ordered as only she can. I'd like to wish her all the best and much success with her own new business venture smile

Thanks Vicky smile

Hey Joo, Don't know if Vicky reads threads on Pistonheads but please give her my thanks (and a big hug, I know she's your sister but...pleasseee) for being so nice when I called every other day last year chasing my problem clutch!

She is always so lovely on the phone and in the end I was only ringing to hear her voice, sorry does that sound perverted!! getmecoat No seriously, a really nice person and I think you'll miss her as she was the only person to pick up the phone phone I never called on a Monday as I knew she didn't work Mondays hehe

Anyway, good luck in your new venture Vicky byebye

All the very best for your future venture Vicky. In these days of lousy customer service you have been a pleasure to deal with (someone who actualy calls you back when they say they will is rare indeed!) Oh! And you make a mean tuna sandwich. Best Peter

Hi Vicky,

All the very best in your new venture.

As has been said, you will be sadly missed by all(especially Joolz) and I think Joolz will find you difficult to replace, but as always he will cope smile

Absolutely. Never quite did make it through to you on the phone Joo (you always seem to be under one car or another or on a test drive - that's the way it should be for you of course, an indication of a healthy workload - and you don't do overseas orders through your website or I'd used that hehe but getting a a genuinely welcoming voice on the other end of the line, only needing half a word to understand and give the right sort of information, makes all the difference to how the one percieves your business. thumbup

Given those qualities alone Vicky, I don't see how you could fail in your new business venture! smile
