It's worth checking if the nut has come loose on the pinion wheel that connects to the prop shaft ..
If it has - just tightening it will remove a lot of the noise.
You should be able to check it with a lever or large screw driver - look for and movement. Thereshould be none.
Exhaust has to me moved and prop bolts (4) removed if you have to tighten it.

Thanks i'll check that, it whines more if you let off the throttleIf it has - just tightening it will remove a lot of the noise.
