Brands Indy with EZT 1st DEC (mon)

£130

105db

Open pit

35 cars!!

Nice end to the season here, and the cheapest day at BH around.
We aim to have around 15 cars there, so 50% TVR and the EZT guys are all regulars/experienced so should be a oool day.

Book via the TVRCC office, if you aint TVRCC its an extra £5 for day membership need for Insurance reasons.

(also TVRCC trackday co-ordinator for my sins)

We'll also have Sam Head popping along to help with driver tips.

Sam was the 2007 TVR Tuscan Champion, and was undefeated winning every round.

He's coming along as a driver coach, and with Owen bringing his new Tuscan and my group B car too, there loads of interesting stuff about. SC cars there too so come along and watch even if you don't want to get out!

Tho why not?

At £130 for BHI...got to be worth a go!

I expected something far worse than that, considering how rude you were last time we met!

I was surprised that you hadn't had any replies for your advert.

So, how many TVRCC track days are there going to be next year? Mandy said that the TVRCC are cutting back.

To be fair Tim, I did put up something ruder, (being a bit of a gobby so and so)...then thought better of it.

Yep, TVRCC will be cutting down drastically next year due to lower attendance this year (tho we did place around 300 slots in 2008). All the majors are cutting down and Mr P is suddenly being much nicer to them all, reflecting the current and on going situation.

I can't put up specifics here ofcourse until after the AGM, but it would only be fair to say that they will be severely reduced, but that there will be sveral opportunities for the regulars to get out on track in 2009.

Glad you thought better of it.

I didn't talk to you at Combe as a smack in the teeth often offends. biggrin

If my car weren't in need of new boots I'd probably be joining you on the 1st. I've had to make do with taking a mate's Mk1 Golf out at Brands last week.

Hi Andy since finding out that I get free track day cover insurance with Manning (If TVRCC organised) I would be interested. I have limited (ie one day) track experience and would love to increase this, would this be for me?

Loads of room/TVRs so come along and have some fun.

Friendly lot, from novices to full pro's with some hints/tips/guidance...and plenty of room, did I mention that? biggrin

Andy

I tried the TVR CC office on this one, but do you knwo if its possible to hire a garage on the sunday night and shove the car in there before hitting the bar in the thistle? I know it will probably be extra.
