TVRs at the NEC
Discussion
I'm surprised not to be able to find any mention of the Classic Car Show at the NEC last weekend - and the TVR stand there.
So if I'm going blind - which wouldn't surprise me one bit - I apologise for a repost, only I wanted to say "Thanks" and well done to the guys who were on the TVRCC stand at the NEC this weekend. It wasn't the usual glitzy stand we TVRs are famous for, but the theme and the tribute to Trevor was very well done and the cars were, as usual, brill.
Thanks for the hospitality chaps and consider you all firmly patted on the back for a job well done. You made me proud to be an owner

Thanks for the positive comments in relation to the TVRCC stand, it was a busy old weekend again with loads of interest from the public who appear to have a real love of Blackpools finest.
We did our best to make folk welcome and with information flyers as a "tribute" to Mr Wilkinson, plus we had a load of commerative car decals done, hopefully these hit the spot, this was all done on a relatively short timescale and as such it is credit to the hard work of the Wark and West Mids members with additional help from East Midlands, Staffs and Shropshire, Bristol's Shazza and Paul Calland with great support from the club office...sorry if I missed anyone out...Oliver!
We had a couple of cars from TVRPower the Sag was Dom's as was the heavily moded Chimaera with T50 headlights and Aston style quilted interior this was out of thier new bodyshop...my thinking was black cars out of respect with three early central cars a white Grantura (Ian Massey-Crosse) Blue Grantura (Brett Langford) and Red Vixen (Geoff Stallard) for some britshness...loved simons lightweight cerbie, Anthony's 400Se, Roy's 400 with 18in alloys, and Steve's RR Tuscan ...thanks for supplying the cars and time.

Sorry couldn't attend, but sure Steve and co' 'done good' as usual. I know great effort goes into putting on a good show on our behalf. If there was an 'RO' award of the year, he'd get it no question, and rightly so.
