The TVRCC is looking for two sub-editors to assist with the production of its's club magazine - Sprint.

One to be based in northern England and one in Scotland or the Borders.

The role involves working as part of a small editorial team. reporting to the Editor, compiling articles from their local area, in liasion with the local Regional Organisers. You need to enjoy writing and taking photographs and be PC literate (which if you are reading this you almost certainly are. You will have the time to attend local Club and motor events and write articles on them for inclusion in Sprint.

The role requires that you commit to about 10 hours a week on a regular basis.

Travel expenses and entrance fees to agreed events will be paid.

If interested contact me on chairman@tvrcc.com

He does say contact off line at blah blah blah

Does seem quite a bit of work to commit to i.e 1 week per month (10 hours per week)

I live down south so am unable to apply, but even being single I could not commit to that level of work sorry

Simon, I'm presuming I shall continue to send in photos to the new Editor. I've taken a grand total of 14000 in the last 18 months! Though not all are TVR themed.

The best of the TVR photos end up on the Bristol region website, but Tony always welcomed them to use as fillers, backdrops and occasionally in support of a feature on an event.

I'm currently writing a featurette about the Devon & Cornwall Dawn Patrol event which is really an excuse to get some corking photos of Tivs parked with a Hawker Hunter into Sprint. This will go to the new editor.

I presume the snail and email address of the new editor will be made public soon so we can introduce ourselves and start sending things to them ?
