Ok I finally have enough dosh to spend it recklessly on a TVR. I have £6k approx. Should it be a wedgey 350 or an S.

Lovers of either let me know.

an S - but for me its purely a cosmetic choice over any other experience with either.

Hooligan in you knows it has to be a Wedge

Should add that I am Wedge biased and there are some 400's to be picked up at a nice price.

Hard to say.........ish

If you can stretch to it go for a V8S, one currently in the classifieds at £7.5 they sound just as nice as any big bad wedge IMHO www.sleepy-fish.com/images/videos/TVRs/V8S_on_Song.wmv

You pays your money you takes your choice. The "S" being slightly newer is a bit more sorted and we're a nice bunch in the "S" club

Whichever you choose it wont be a mistake

Once you've decided seek advice first

Wellcome to PH By the way

Thats right, try a local meet where you live. Look and see. I don't know of anyone who will not show you theirs: ohermissis: and point out the good and bad points.

Nothing sounds as good as a BIG BAD WEDGE on song:nerner: All in my own opinion of coarse

This sounds a bit like the Griff/Chimp debate. My advice, as always, is to buy the one you like most. For me that's the S, but heck, it's your money. They are so different in looks it shouldn't be a difficult choice. Best thing to do is get along to your nearest TVRCC meeting and see some of each for real, talk to the owners etc. If you can't decide, keep your money in the bank. Hopefully with time your choice will become clear - then do your homework and go and find a nice one of whatever it is. And enjoy - you only get to this wonderful stage of life once!

You really need to try / drive them both before you buy your Wedge
