Part of the Austec Group by the looks of things.

I wouldn't worry, probably just an uneccessary company not doing anything.

ETA

I know loads of people who incorporate all different company names, but only trade as one. I don't know what other companies there are in the 'group' but if these are the only two, they can't have 'group' in the name any more...

Don't feel to bad Rev they might pull the rabbit out of the hat yet....maybe the person claiming to be the new co-owner will pay up & then they can carry on as usual

I am sure the OP will not be the only one wandering what the legal validity of a warranty....1/3 years!!! issued by this company is if the winding up order in granted...any legal eagles on here care to comment?

It seems to me that warranties are worth fk all nowadays.......they are only as good as the company giving the warranty. Yet austec have known since November

How many other mugs have been suckered in to this?

I'd tend to agree, and seems we don't really know the intentions of the company moving forward. To save rumours starting I'll close this thread and i'm sure the company would be happy to explain the situation to anyone who calls them.
