Number 2 cylinder, inlet valve rocker arm snapped in half today, managed to get the car home with a bit of smoke from the exhaust.
Appears to be a very clean break therefore no debris to talk of, so what other damage if any is likely to have been done?
I have ordered a set of steel rockers and new shafts, hope that is all I will need.
Grateful for any advice.

Why did it go? Has the valve seized?

The valve has not seized, it moves OK, it looks like the arm has had a crack in it for some time. There is a clear area of polishing where the crack started and then a clean break area. (if it were steel not alloy I would say a classic fatigue crack).

Can't see anything else that would have caused that, so perhaps it was just a manufacturing fault. You're sensible to replace them all as a precaution.
