The fuel rail is leaking in a big way above injector number 6 on my Chimaera.
Will it just be a case of a new o-ring?

Probably, pop it off and have alook. I would be tempted to do all top and bottom seals while you are at it. Having had a petrol fire its really not fun or worth the risk.
